Laura Mogenson
Laura has taught in Kansas city for the past 25 years and has been the group exercise director at several Kansas City Area facilities. Laura’s background is in dance. She attended Iowa State University where she studied dance and was a cheerleader.
Laura is a certified AFAA fitness instructor. She also is licensed to teach Zumba, Zumbatomic, Zumba Aqua, Flirty Girl Fitness and Lifetime Fitness Cycle classes. Laura’s classes are high energy, fast paced, entertaining and challenging.
Laura, a ZIN member, will be teaching Zumba at Amore on Sunday mornings at 10:30 and Zumbatomic classes at noon. Laura is available for private Zumba, Zumbatomic and Flirty Girl Fitness parties in addition to her regular scheduled classes at Amore Dance.
