What exactly is Zumba? It is a happen’in 60-minute aerobic-dance program featuring a variety of rhythms from all over Latin America. You’ll get a taste of everything-merengue, salsa, flamenco, samba, tango, reggae, cumbia, calypso, cha cha, belly dancing, break dancing and more! Taught in a aerobic format… steps are simplified. Technique and patterns are not broken down… all steps are basic steps appropriate for beginners.
